Julie McKellar (a.k.a. Homebound) almost no longer feels the need for her nickname now that she has been set free via her travelings across the internet and all the fabulous friends she has met and talks with regularly on IRC chat.

She is a 28 year old mother of three, married to her "computer wiz" husband Mark, in which she dutifully helps in his computer consulting business everytime she gets a free moment from the huge job of being a stay at home mother to two toddlers and a speech impaired elementary school child.

Born in Maine, but raised and still stuck down in Houston, Texas, she dreams of moving to someplace where the leaves turn colors and the air is crisp and clear. Until then, she escapes the heat at her computer in her air-conditioned house.
