For my little one pull-ups felt jsut like diapers so she peed in the all the time. If we put her in regualr panties, she would stay dry. Her preschool special ed teacher suggested the regular panties as an idea and it worked. You might try this when you are going to be at home. aslo the pull ups were just hard for her to get up and down.. she is Tiny and at 3years of age was the size of you average 2 year old.. and just could not master the bulkiness of a pull up.
