I disagree with this. I personally know of children attending a public school that are in the lower grades and NOT potty trained. The schools hands are tied. The nurse is befuddled. The teacher is at wits end.
Unless there is a physical reason, or psychological reason, there is no reason a non potty trained child should be admitted to kindergarten.
