I made one by buying a metal circle from the crafts store. then I hot glued 2 rows of pine cones on it. Then for finsing touches I added some fake berries that I bought in a floral department. You could add some small tere cotta pots to it by putting floral wire though the bottom. Just use your creativity for extra details to add to the pine cones or go to the floral section of the craft store and look around I am sure something will come to you.
