HI ! Wow! Great site here for help in any craft situation! :)
I have a few recipes for Dough Ornaments and my favorite is one with cornastarch and baking powder. The dough comes out really smooth and porcelain looking but my only complain here is that once it is dry it cracks (hairline cracks) and the smoothness goes away leaving a very rough surface. Is there any way of helping this?
Do you have a better recipe or tip regarding the smoothness of the dried end product>? My daughter loves to do these ornaments and the are really good for school projects but we have been trying to solve this problem for a while with no good results. :)
