Hot Packs for Pyrex Portables

I am looking for a source where I can purchase hot packs for the Pyrex Portable Casserole Carrier. You heat it in the microwave and it will keep your food hot for several hours. I could get them at the Corning-Revere Outlet Store, near my home, but they have closed their store. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
