I also have been looking for the chocolate candy bar train. I can only remember, you used milky way bars, the spearment round candies for the wheels, the twisted licorice for the tracks, the little rope licorice for the inside of tracks, a sm. tootsie roll for the stack, a sm. gum drop for the light - can you fill me in if you did find the recipe.
