mile a minute afgan!

PLEASE HELP, I read about a mile a minute afgan but can not find anything on one. Does an angel live out there some where that could e-mail me the directions?
I would greatly love it if they could.
p.s. I'm new to crocheting, so you may have to explain like your talking to a three year old.
