really, its simple. buy some balloons nad candy, and paint. have some newspaper cut into small strips and get ready.
the paste is made of flour. for every one cup of flour ad 2/3 cup of water.
blow up the ballon to the desired size. (This part gets messy) dip the strips of newspaper into the paste and stick it to the ballon. cover the balloon as thouraghly as possible. but leave a hole by the mouthpiece to insert the candy. now let it dry.
when its dry. pop the ballon and fill the cavity with candy. cover the hole up with masking tape and paint the balloon to your prefference.
make sure you attach a string before you paint.
use things such as paper towel rolls, wire, sponges, etc. to create additional pieces.
