Beeswax is different from other waxes in
that it doesn't melt except at extremely high
temperatures (148°F); therefore, you can
hang this ornament in a kitchen window
without melting. If it gets dusty or filmy (this
is a natural beeswax bloom) use a hair
dryer on high setting 6" from the ornament
for about 30 seconds. The scented oil is
added to the beeswax as a liquid so the oil
is mixed with the wax. Hanging the
ornament in a warm sunny window or using
the hair dryer will refresh the cinnamon
fragrance. Beeswax can be painted with
acrylic paint.
