My 2 1/2 year old son recently started stuttering, He repeats the first syllable of the first word of his sentence as many as 12 times. He's even started saying I'm sorry when he can't seem to get the word. We're very patient and let him take his time, but it shows on his little face that he's frustrated by it. He has two older ( 8 and 10) sisters who are less tolerent and we're couching them to be patient and not put extra pressure on him. He also has asthma which recently flared up causing a need for additional medicine and we're wondering if that has anything to do with this. We see his lung doctor this week and I'll talk to her, but I was wondering if anyone with experience has any suggestions for helping us help him. thanks for your time and effort!
