Pumpkin Maple Pie
1 sheet pre-made pie crust
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 large eggs
1 cup evaporated fat free milk
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
Fit dough into a 9” pie plate. Fold edges under; flute.
Preheat oven 425.
Prepare filling, beat ½ cup sugar, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and eggs at medium speed until well blended. Add milk and pumpkin; beat well.
Pour into prepared crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 (without taking out pie) and bake an additional 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
