Went to a wedding reception over the weekend. Bride's family made all the cookies. One in particular was very good. It was two cookies about the size of half dollars with chocolate creme in the middle. Cookies were the consistency of pie crust (almost flaky) and the chocoloate creme was very light (in color and consistency; almost like whipped creme). Anyone have a recipe similar to this? Thanks in advance.
