: 2 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
: 1 jar dried beef, torn into small bits
: 1 bunch green onions, chopped well into the green

: Mix all together and form into a ball, chill overnight and serve with crackers. This is best made at least a day ahead so the flavors can blend.
