Cranberry Relish

Yields: about 4 cups

1 red apple, cored and cut into chunks with skin left on
1 seedless orange, cut into chunks with skin left on
1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup sugar

In a food processor fitted with its metal cutting blade, combine the apple and orange and process until broken up into small pieces.

Add the remaining ingredients and continue to process until desired consistency.

Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
