Peanut Butter Apple Fudge
1 six oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 jar marshmallow creme
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Cups sugar
2/3 Cup cider
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
Cook the sugar and cider over moderate heat to soft ball stage (240 degrees F.). Remove from heat and quickly add chocolate mixture. Stir until blended.
Pour into a 9 inch buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
