Kim, here is the recipe for the filling and the pasta recipe is at the link.
I don't know the type of tomato sauce you remember, but you can use marinara sauce or one of the suggested sauces in the recipe below.

Black Bean Filling for Ravioli

1 medium clove garlic, peeled
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can black beans, drained
Pinch of cayenne pepper or to taste

In a food processor, mince garlic. Add beans. Season with pepper. Makes enough filling for 24 large or 48 small ravioli.
Variation: For a spicier filling, substitute canned black beans with jalapeņos and omit cayenne.
Sauce match: Chipotle Cream Sauce, Tomatillo Cream Sauce or Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
