Pineapple Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 12-oz. tub Cool Whip
Prepare cake mix as per instructions, except use juice from the pineapple
can instead of the water (if necessary, add water to make the right amount).
Bake according to instructions in 2 round cake pans. Once done, use a piece
of thread to separate and make 4 layers. Set aside.
To make frosting, combine pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip in a bowl. After
cake has cooled, spread frosting in between cake layers and on top.
