Fruity Granola Bars
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup water
1 tesaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup toasted and sliced almonds
1 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup dried cherried
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates

In a large saucepan or electric skillet, combine sugar, butter, honey, water and salt. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in oats, almonds, wheat germ, and sesame seeds. Cook, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add fruits.
Pour into a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper or parchment. Score deeply into bars of desired size. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Break along score lines. Store in airtight container.

Snack Crackers
1 (1 oz.) pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mexican Cream Cheese Roll-ups

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup pitted green olives, chopped
1 (2.25 oz.) can black olives, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
8 (10") flour tortillas
1/2 cup salsa for dipping

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, olives and onions. Spread this mixture in a thin layer onto tortillas. Roll tortillas and cill until firm. Slice chilled roll ups into 1" medallions. Serve with salsa for dipping.

No-Bake Brownies
2 cups (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 cup can milk
1 cup sugar
3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt

Lightly grease a 9" square baking pan.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with the milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in the sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine the vanilla wafers, marshmallows, walnuts, and salt. Transfer 1/2 cup this mixture to a small bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of the warm chocolate mixture and stir to blend.
Add remaining chocolate mixture to the vanilla wafer mixture and stir to blend. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan, pressing down hard to pack the mixture into the pan. Spread the reserved chocolate mixture on top.
Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled and set. Cut into bars.
Graham crackers or chocolate wafers can be used in place of vanilla wafers.
