HI EVERYONE,THIS IS A GOOD CAKE RECIPE AND I
HOPE YOU ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS MY FAMILY DOES
1/2 C UNSALTED BUTTER
1 C WHITE SUGAR
3/4 C LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
2 EGGS
4 RIPE BANANAS,MASHED
2 1/2 C ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TBL BAKING SODA
1 PINCH OF SALT
2/3 C BUTTERMILK
1/2 CHOPPED WALNUTS (OPTIONAL)
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*.GREASE AND FLOUR 2 8 INCH
PANS.
IN A SMALL BOWL WHISK TOGETHER FLOUR,SODA AND SALT.
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGARS.BEAT IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME.MIX IN THE BANANAS.ADD FLOUR MIXTURE
ALTERNATELY WITH THE BUTTERMILK TO THE CREAM
MIXTURE.MIX ONLY TO COMBINE,AND NOT TOO MUCH
STIR IN THE NUTS.POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED
PANS.
BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES.REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE A DAMP TEA TOWEL TO COOL.TRANSFER TO CAKE PLATE,AND FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING OR ENJOY THIS PLAIN.
