2lbs of hash browns thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup melted oleo
onion
6 oz of sour cream
1/3 cup of milk
Mix and put 1/2 of mixture in 13x9 greased pan
lay cheese on mixture and top with remaining mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes - do not overbake or it will be mushy
