Bacon Tomato Cups (Features Mini Muffin pan)
8 slices crisp bacon
1 medium tomato seeded
1/2 small onion
3 ounces swiss cheese 3/4 cup shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon basil
1 can fridgerated biscuits
preheat oven to 375
coarsely chop bacon,tomato,onion. grate cheese
Mix all ingrediants except biscuits. Set aside. separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits. lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan, press into each cup. fill cups with mixture Bake 10 -12 minutes until golden brown. Sorry if this arrived too late for Christmas, I just found this web site by accident. Hope this helps though.

: Chicken Crescent Wreath

: 2 tubes crescent rolls
: 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
: 2/3 cup cream of chicken soup
: 1/2 cup broccoli
: 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
: 1/2 cup water chestnuts
: 1 can (5 oz.) white chicken or tuna
: 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
: 1 cloves garlic, chopped

: Arrange crescent rolls on a 12 inch pizza pan, forming
: a ring with the pointed ends out and the wider ends overlapping.

: Combine the remaining ingredients together to make the filling.
: Spoon filling over the wide ends of the rolls. Fold points over
: the filling and tuck under the wide ends. (At a little bit of an
: angle will be the prettiest.) Filling will be visible.

: Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

: Mediterranean Chicken Ring

: 2 pkg. pilsbury crescent rolls
: 1 pkg. "recipe ready" chicken breast (or some cooked, cooled chicken)
: 1/2 red onion
: 1 red pepper
: 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
: 1 8oz. container crumbled feta cheese
: 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
: 2 cloves garlic

: Lay out the crescents into a circle with the
: points out. Roll center of circle a bit to
: make it into 1 flat piece.

: Chop veggies and chicken. Put garlic through a
: garlic press. Mix everything up and spread onto the
: crescent rolls. Pull the points of the crescents up
: over the filling and tuck into center.

: Bake 25 minutes at 375.
