Rainbow Punch
Makes 24 servings
4 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 pints rainbow sherbet
6 cups crushed ice
In a large punch bowl, pour in the lemon-lime soda.
Slide in the sherbet. Add crushed ice.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Makes 12 servings
1 pint rainbow sherbet
2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Place the sherbet in a punch bowl. Pour in the carbonated beverage. Stir gently.

Creamy Punch
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 gallon rainbow sherbet
1 large can pineapple juice
2 liters Sprite or 7-UP
Mash ice cream and sherbet together in punch bowl.
Add pineapple juice and soda.

Tropical Froth
Serves: 6
1 can (6 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
1 liter ginger ale
2 cups rainbow sherbet
8 ice cubes
2 lemons, sliced
In a punch bowl or large container, combine the limeade concentrate and pineapple juice.
If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, add the ginger ale,
sherbet, and ice cubes and garnish with the lemon slices.
