Tater-Topped Fish Bake

1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots veg. blend
1 pound Orange Roughy fillets (4)
1 can condensed Cream/Celery soup
1 package (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar, divided
1/4 cup milk
black pepper to taste
3 cups frozen tater tots

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place veg. blend in large micro-cooker, cook according to directions, drain.
2. Place vegs. in a casserole baker and top with fish fillets. In bowl mix soup, 1/2 of cheese, pepper, and milk. Spoon over fish.
3. Top with potatoes. Bake 20 mins., sprinkle with rest of cheese and bake til melted..Sprinkle with parsley if wanted. Serves 4..

Fruit-Topped Triple Chocolate Pizza

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough -- (18 ounces)
2 squares white chocolate for baking -- (1 ounce each)
2 tablespoons milk
1 package cream cheese -- (8 ounces) softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
1 can mandarin orange segment -- (11 ounces) well
drained
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350F. For crust, shape cookie dough into a ball in center of
15" Round Baking Stone. Using lightly floured Dough and Pizza Roller,
roll out dough to 12-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake 11-14 minutes or
until edges are set. (Cookie will be soft. Do no over bake.) Cool 10
minutes. Carefully loosen cookie from Baking Stone using Serrated Bread
Knife; cool completely on Baking Stone.
Microwave white chocolate and milk in Covered Micro-Cooker on HIGH 1
minute; stir until smooth. Microwave an additional 10-20 seconds if necessary. Cool slightly. In Classic 2-Qt. Batter Bowl, combine cream
cheese and powdered sugar; mix well. Gradually stir in white chocolate
mixture until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; spread over crust. Arrange
strawberries and mandarin oranges over cream cheese mixture. Microwave
chocolate morsels and butter on HIGH 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
Drizzle over fruit. Chill 30 minutes. Cut into wedges using Slice 'N Serve.

Turkey Club Pizza

1 Pkg Refrigerated Pizza Dough
2 Tsp Sesame seeds
1/4 C Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Lemon zest
1 C Shredded Jack cheese
1/2 Tbsp Basil
4 Oz Deli Sliced Turkey Meat
6 Slices Bacon -- Cooked And Drained
1 Sm Tomato -- Thinly Sliced
1/2 C Swiss Cheese -- Shredded

Unroll pizza crust on pizza or cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sesame
seeds. Bake for 10 minutes at 425F degrees.

Mix mayo and lemon zest. Spread over crust. Top with remaining
ingredients in order listed and bake 425F degrees for 7-9 minutes.

BRAIDED STUFFED PIZZA BREAD

1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust -- (10 oz)
2 tablespoons or more of Alouette Gourmet Spreadable
Cheese
40 slices Hormel pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese -- (4 oz)
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan Cheese (It REALLY
adds flavor)
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon water
5 mushrooms -- (5 to 6)
Fresh basil (optional)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll dough onto Rectangle Baking Stone. Use
Dough and Pizza Roller to roll out into an 11" x 14" rectangle. Spread Alouette
Gourmet Spreadable Cheese lengthwise down center third of rectangle to within
1" of short ends. Top with pepperoni. Slice mushrooms with Egg Slicer Plus and
place on top of pepperoni. Snip fresh basil over all. Sprinkle on mozzarella and
parmesan cheese.

With Pizza Cutter, cut 1” slices from edge to within ½” of filling. Fold short ends
of dough 1 inch over filling on both ends. To give braided appearance, fold strips
of dough at and angle over filling, alternating from side to side. In 1-Qt. Batter
Bowl, beat egg yolk and water with Stainless Steel Whisk, brush over braid with
Pastry Brush. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake 11-16 minutes or until golden
brown. Serve with pizza sauce (if desired.)

Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips 60613

This fruit salsa recipe from Pampered Chef makes a great appetizer or can be served as a fun side dish with a Mexican meal.

CINNAMON CHIPS

4 (7-inch) flour tortillas

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

SALSA

2 med Granny Smith apples

1 cup strawberries -- sliced

1 kiwi fruit -- peeled and chopped

1 small orange

2 tbsp packed brown sugar

2 tbsp apple jelly

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For cinnamon chips, lightly spray tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon in flour/sugar shaker; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; place in single layer on round baking stone. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely.

For salsa, peel, core, and slice apples. Cut apples into quarters; chop with food chopper. Slice strawberries and chop kiwi. Place fruit in 1 quart bowl. Zest orange and juice. Add orange zest, orange juice, brown sugar and apple jelly to fruit mixture, mix gently. Serve with cinnamon chips
