FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 box yellow or strawberry
cake mix
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
1 c. fresh (or frozen)
strawberries, crushed
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. milk or juice from
strawberries

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into well
greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and ice.

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 c. strawberries, well
drained
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together and spread on cooled cake.

FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 box yellow or strawberry
cake mix
1 box strawberry jello
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees until cake tests done.

Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
dash of salt
1 stick butter
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
Melt butter, mix with sugar and salt; add strawberries.
Spread over cake.

SPECIAL STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 strawberry cake mix
1 box strawberry jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sweetened strawberries
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 small Cool Whip

Mix cake as directions on box. Punch holes in top of
cake with fork. Mix jello with 1 cup hot water and stir well;
add 1 cup strawberries. Pour over cake while hot. Put in
refrigerator overnight or until cake is cool.
Icing: Mix pudding mix with 1 cup milk. Let set 1
minute, then mix in Cool Whip. Pour over top of cake. Keep
refrigerated.

FRESH STRAWBERRY CAKE

1 box white cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. jello (strawberry)
dissolved in 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. strawberries

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 2 or 3
layers at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool. Ice with Fresh
Strawberry Cake Icing.

Fresh Strawberry Cake Icing:
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. strawberries
Cream margarine, sugar, then add strawberries. Smooth
on cake.

STRAWBERRY CAKE DESSERT

1 pkg. strawberry cake
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipping cream
2 c. powdered sugar
4 qt. fresh strawberries or 2
pkg. frozen strawberries,
well drained
1 jar strawberry glaze

Bake strawberry cake in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool, cut in
half lengthwise. Next add cream slowly to cream cheese while
beating, then add powdered sugar. Put this between layers of
cake. Top with fresh strawberries mixed into glaze. Put Cool
Whip on top.
