SALTED NUT ROLL CANDY
1/3 c. butter2 c. marshmallowsDash salt1/2 tsp. almond extract (opt.)2 c. powdered sugar14 oz. bag caramels1 can sweetened condensed milk1 stick butterSalted crushed peanuts
Partially melt first 4 ingredients, gradually add powdered sugar, mix until smooth. Roll into small rolls and chill. Melt caramels, milk and butter. Dip rolls in caramel mixture and then roll in crushed salted or dry roasted peanuts. Chill.

PEANUT CANDY OR PECAN CANDY
1 c. regular sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. Pet milk1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. nutmeg
Cook all your ingredients together until it gets half thick. Then put in 2 cups of peanuts or pecans while cooking. When it gets thick, drop on wax paper. Makes about 12 1/2 dozen pieces of candy.

NUT ROLL CANDY
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow creme3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar9 1/2 c. nuts, chopped1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. caramels
Combine marshmallow creme and vanilla; add sugar gradually. Shape into rolls about one inch in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours. Melt caramels over hot water; keep warm. Dip candy rolls in caramel, then roll in nuts until well coated. Store rolled candy in covered container. Makes about 5 pounds.

CANDY ROLL
2 pkg. powdered sugar3 c. peanut butter5 c. nonfat dry milk1/2 c. evaporated milk1 pt. white syrup
Mix well into rolls. Roll on coconut. Wrap in wax paper and chill a few hours. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Serves 100 good size servings.

CHOCOLATE CANDY ROLL
1/2 c. mayonnaise2 squares unsweetened chocolate1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 egg, beaten1 c. chopped pecans1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. sm. marshmallows1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. coconut
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Stir in powdered sugar and beaten egg. Cool. Fold in pecans and marshmallows. Stir until well coated. Shape soft candy into 2 rolls. Coat rolls with coconut. Wrap carefully. Store in freezer until needed. Cut into slices and serve.
