1 package Betty CrockerŽ Au Gratin Potatoes
2 cups Boiling water
1 cup Corn
2/3 cup Skim milk
3/4 pound Ground Turkey Breast
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, lowfat
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 cup Onion chopped
2 tablespoons Red bell pepper chopped
1 clove Garlic minced
Preheat oven to 400°.
Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic.
Mix potatoes, sauce mix, water, corn and milk in sprayed 2-qt casserole.
Stir in ground turkey mixture. Add red bell pepper, cheese and mix well.
Sprinkle top with cajun seasoning.
Bake for 35 mins. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
