Thanks for the fast response. However, none of the above mentioned recipes are the ones that I am looking for. Maybe, a brief description of what I can remember will help. Chicken was pan fried, set aside and the ingredients that I can remember where: tumeric, corriander, arrow powder, spinach, I don't remember if it had ginger and I'm sure probably more ingredients. The cucumber I remember taking the seeds out put salt and a paper towel on top and refrigerating until there was water and draining and adding the yougart and some other ingridents, chopping the cucumbers in piece and refrigerating again until dinner. There was also a receipe for Jasmine rice. Maybe, this might help, find the recipe I'm looking for. I do know it was in food & wine magazine. However, I can'nt find it.
