Caramel Corn (Microwave)
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
15 cups popped popcorn
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Bring sugar, butter, syrup and salt to a boil and boil 2 min. Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda and mix until foamy. Pour mix over popped corn in a brown paper bag (grocery store kind)and shake well. Rolling bag tightly and put in microwave oven for 1 1/2 min. take out and shake well. Put back in microwave and cook an additional 1 1/2 min. shake well. Pour out onto waxed paper to cool then put in a sealed container.
