HAND DIPPED CHOCOLATES

Centers:

1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 stick oleo (very soft)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened
condensed milk

Mix well. Add flavorings: 1 teaspoon vanilla, pepper-
mint, etc. Add 1 more pound of confectioners sugar, a cup at a
time, and knead to make stiff. Chill after mixing, then roll
into 1-inch balls. Dip in chocolate recipe.

Chocolate Recipe:
2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 cake paraffin
Melt together over hot water; dip chocolates by putting
on a toothpick.
