I like this one...
House Dressing
2/3 cup low sodium V-8 juice
3 Tbsp. nonfat buttermilk
2 Tbsp. low fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt free lemon pepper seasoning
Combine all ingredients well and chill overnight.
Serves: 8
Per serving: Calories-18; Fat-1; Protein-0.3; Sodium-38; Carbohydrates-1.6
