CRUNCHY TUNA SALAD

2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
and flaked
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 can French fried onions
Combine all ingredients except French fried onions.
Chill well. Just before serving, add onions. Serve on let-
tuce. Serves 6.
