CRAB SALAD

1/2 lb. crabmeat, flaked
3 stalks celery, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 avocados, halved
lettuce leaves
Mix crabmeat, celery and green onions. Add mayonnaise
and toss lightly. Arrange lettuce leaves on serving plate.
Place avocado halves on lettuce. Mound crab salad in avocados.

CRAB SALAD

2 cans King crabmeat, drained
1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. snipped chives
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. pared, diced cucumber
crisp lettuce cups
4 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
Combine in bowl. Line serving plate with lettuce and
put crabmeat mixture on top. Garnish with egg quarters.

SEA LIGHT MOCK CRAB SALAD

1 lb. salad pack mock crab
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
2/3 c. celery, sliced thin
2/3 tsp. dill weed
Crumble thawed imitation crab meat in a bowl. Add
remaining ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.
