Stuffed Green Pepper Soup
2 lbs ground beef
1 28 ounce can tomato sauce
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes in juice
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 beef bouillion cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Brown beef, drain. Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30-40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
