Hi!
I prepare sauteed onions various ways. However, lately, I've noticed that certain chefs - especially at CUBAN RESTAURANTS seem to prepare them a different way. I love the taste. But I don't know the ingredients, although it seems like they're boiled down & sauteed... any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.
