BEER BISCUITS

1 c. self-rising flour
1 rounded Tbsp. sugar
4 oz. stale, room temperature
beer
Mix together and put in 6 muffin tins, well greased.
Let sit 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
For bread, triple ingredients and bake in loaf pan for 1
to 1 1/4 hours. Five minutes before done, coat top of loaf
with melted butter.

beer
Mix until batter becomes the consistency for muffins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Makes 12 biscuits.
