a recipe for cookie pie crust using Bisquick.

It is called Short Pie Crust,

1 cup Bisquick,
1/4 cup room temperature butter(1/2 cube),
3 Tablespoons boiling water.
Mix together in pie pan.
Press into pan and around edges.
Bake 450 degrees 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
This is good for all cream pies and even lemon meringue.
It is an easier, less messy and good tasting crust.
