Here's my pineapple casserole. just a different way of prep.Pineapple Casserole Need to double1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, have used tidbits as well (drain, keep juice)3 Tbl flour1/4 cup melted butter1/2 cup sugar1 cup grated cheese1/2 cup crushed crackers, ritz or saltinePreheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar and 3 Tbl pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Stir, spoon into casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs with butter, top casserole. Bake 25 minutes
Hashbrown Casserole
2 lbs frozen hash-brown potatoes, thawed1/4 cup melted margarine1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 cup chopped onion1can cream of chicken soup1 cup sour cream1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheeseCombine, place in greased oblong casserole dish. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.Both recipes can be made nite before
