Kettle Korn
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup popcorn
3 tablespoons white or brown sugar
Salt
In a Dutch oven, place 3 tablespoons oil and 3 kernels of popcorn and cover.
When popcorn pops, oil is hot. Add 1/3 cup popcorn and 3 tablespoons white or brown sugar.
Stir briefly. Cover and shake continuously over medium-high heat until popcorn is popped.
Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
