I know this is kind of an old post, but I just found it tonight on "Ask Jeeves". I have a real easy recipe for chicken in the PC deep dish baker. It's called Torched Chicken...I make it about once a week. Just take a whole chicken, put whatever seasoning you want on it (I like to put fresh garlic inside and a lemon, but you don't have to). Lately I've tried it with the new PC barbeque seaoning and it's very good. Put the baking bowl on it and bake at 500 degrees for one hour. It will be the best chicken you ever made.
