PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE FUDGE

2 pkg. Philadelphia cream
cheese
20 marshmallows
1/4 cube butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. chocolate
nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

In a double boiler melt cheese, marshmallows and butter.
Add powdered sugar, chocolate, vanilla and nuts if desired.
Pour into pan until set.

NO-COOK CREAM CHEESE FUDGE

1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream
cheese
1 tsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
2 (1 oz.) envelopes no-melt
bitter chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. nuts

Blend cream cheese with milk until smooth. Gradually
beat in sugar, chocolate and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Press
into a 9-inch loaf pan. Chill until firm; then cut into small
squares.
