My kids love this and it's a complete breakfast meal that will hold them over till lunch. I fill a blender with 8 or 12 oz. of milk, add a packet of instant breakfast, a spoon of peanut butter, a frozen banana and about 3 ice cubes. Put the blender on blend till banana and ice are chopped up then whip it for about 5 seconds. It's fast and delicious.
