Ingredients
1 can (14.5 oz/411 g) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup/180 mL canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup/80 mL sliced green onions
1 tbsp/15 mL fresh lime juice
1 tbsp/15 mL WATKINS CALYPSO SAUCE 5OZ-148ML
2 tsp/10 mL WATKINS CARIB SPICE RUB1.8OZ-50G
3/4 tsp/4 mL WATKINS CILANTRO
Cooking Directions
Combine all ingredients; serve at room temperature or icy cold over hot cooked pasta.
