CANDY CORN

1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light Karo
1 tsp. salt
Boil slowly for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1
teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Mix well, then
pour over popped corn and stir. Put in a large baking pan and
put in oven and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
Break apart immediately after removing from oven. (Pop about
3/4 cup of popcorn.)
