Why does my roast beef fall apart, when I slice it thin

Hello, does anybody know, wht I'm doing wrong? My roast beef is falling apart, when I slice it for hoagies or beef sandwiches. Lee gave me such a great recipe for the crock pot, the flavor is just wonderful, but did I do something wrong, like maybe cooking it tooooooo long??
I appreciate any idea.
