Cappuccino Mocha Mix
Makes 2 1/2 cups of mix (10 servings)

6 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons instant expresso coffee powder
3 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cups powdered nondairy creamer, plain or Irish cream
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon

In a medium bowl, stir together espresso coffee powder, cocoa,
nondairy creamer, sugar and cinnamon. Store tightly covered.

For the gift label: For each cup of cappuccino, measure 2 to 4
tablespoons mix into a coffee mug and stir in 6 oz of boiling water.


Instant Cappucino

1 c. powdered creamer
1 c. powdered chocolate milk mix
2/3 c. instant coffee
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together. Use 1 heaping Tbls. per cup of
boiling water. Store in airtight container.


Cafe Cappuccino

1/2 cup instant coffee
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk solids
1/2 tsp. dried orange peel mashed in a mortar and pestle

Stir ingredients together. Process in a blender until powdered.
Use 2 Tbsp. of mixture for each cup of hot water. 40 calories
each.
1 cup instant coffee creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
2/3 cups instant coffee crystals
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Combine all, store in airtight containers. Add 3 Tablespoons to 6
ozs. hot water, stir well.


Cappuccino Mix
(Makes 12 Quarts)

8 qt box instant nonfat dry milk
8 oz jar instant coffee
16 oz jar Coffee-mate
1 lb box powdered sugar or omit and sweeten each cup
1 lb box Nestle Quik (add 2 boxes for non-coffee drinkers)

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix
per mug of hot water. Makes nice gifts in decorative jars.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 cup ground cinnamon
1/8 cup ground ginger
1 Tablespoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon ground cloves


Mix store in airtight container.
