Honey Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
dash of ground red pepper
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Serve at room temperature.
Will keep in the refrigerator for up to one month.

Savory N Sweet Mustard Sauce
1 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon corn oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
Combine the dry ingredients in a saucepan.
Slowly add vinegar, stirring until its well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes.
