Queen Ann Cake
1 box chocolate Swiss or devil's food cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
Icing:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
5 plain Hershey bars shaved or chopped
1 cup finely chopped nuts
12 ounces Cool Whip
Sift cake and pudding mixes together. Beat oil, eggs and milk,
add to dry mix and beat well.
Bake at 325-350 degrees. Makes 3 nine-inch layers.
For Icing:
Beat cream cheese and sugars till very creamy.
Fold in Hershey bar pieces and nuts into cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip. Spread between and top and sides.
