ISO: Heinz 57 meatloaf

Some years ago, Heinz 57 Steak Sauce had a recipe for meatloaf on the back of the bottle. I remember it had cheese either in it or on top, but can't remember anything else. Does anyone happen to have that recipe? It was the best meatloaf I ever had.
