No problem. i recently had the same question and I talked to my german buddies at the health food store. All you do is buy some soy flour. Available at the health food store or large store-
whatever and substitute one egg for (1 tsp soy flour and 2tsp water)
this is to take the place of one egg. I don't know about egg whites but you can probably do the same
more or less. I recently cooked a bunch of organic pies and they were so good it it
unimaginable. i'll never cook with eggs again after
